Rejected petition Stop car insurance companies extorting young drivers !

Young drivers are being charged in excess of £1500 for 12 months of insurance often with restrictions on how many miles they can do or curfews in place. This is ridiculous and in my opinion and many others it is extortion! I am 21 with a 1.0 car and pay over £1200 per year for a 5000 mile policy.
