Rejected petition Brexit revote with the NEW knowledge that NHS will NOT get £350 million a week

The leave campainers wronlgy mislead the public that the NHS would get the £350 million a week after Brexit. They have since admitted this is not the case. I believe knowledge prior to the vote would drastically change the outcome of the brexit result.
