Closed Stop UK residents driving on foreign licences

The UK driving test is in place to ensure EVERY driver is safe to use our roads. But due to legislation EU/foreign drivers are able to drive for set periods/70years old on their countries licence. We MUST improve road safety, by ensuring EVERY driver living in UK undergoes OUR test.

In 2011 alone 80k licences were exchanged that's 80k people who have NEVER taken the UK test.
DVSA have clamped down on fraudulent tests, claiming 'the driving test is there to ensure all drivers have the skills & knowledge to use the roads safely & responsibly'
This must be extended to truly ensure ALL drivers have this knowledge.
