Rejected petition Introduce the legalisation of cannabis in a controlled manner!

Cannabis continues to be illegal in the UK despite many studies and research that cannabis has an extensive medical value and medical benefits. Cannabis is also scheduled as a Class B drug which treats those who use for a medicinal purpose or enjoyment (such as with tobacco or alcohol) as criminals!

More details

The petition is also calling for the substance to be controlled like alcohol and tobacco such as age restriction and driving under the influence will be implemented in the same way. With full legalisation rather than decriminalisation, will insure that purity and safe cannabis to be produced and distributed. And also eradicate organised crime in relation to cannabis. This will also create economic growth and large tax revenue that would allow larger funding for the NHS as it desperately needs.
