More details

Therefore, the Government should announce legislation to suspend all proposed legislative and regulatory changes, including those made under discretionary (budgetary and departmental) competences, and submit to a full legal compliancy audit by an independent company.

This audit will assess the legality, proportionality and justiciability of current legislation and policy, as well as the role of expert partners, such as the ONS, and stakeholders, in forming Government policy and legislation.
