Many mental health patients commit suicide each year,often due to mental health teams not admitting suicidal patients into hospital and giving that crucial support which may prevent a tradgedy.After care of survivors also needs to improve, in some cases the patient is not asked why they attempted suicide but just given anti depressants or anti psychotics.
