Rejected petition Make parking in a parent and child space the same as parking in a disabled bay.

Parent and child parking spaces aren't about parking closer to the store.
They are about having extra room at the sides to safely get your children in and out of their car seats etc.
It makes a difficult task much easier, safer and prevents damage to other cars parked to close

If a person who is not disabled parks in a disabled bay there are liable for a fine. Parent and child spaces should be the same
