This e-petition proposes that;

Public Sector services should spend a MINIMUM of 80% of their funding on the front-line delivery of services and a MAXIMUM of 20% on management, administration and bureaucracy.

EG: The NHS should spend 80%+ on doctors, nurses, medicines, staff, operations etc and up to 20% on managing & supporting the delivery of those services.

Bureaucracy, red-tape and other expensive but non-delivering activities should be drastically reduced across the Public Sector.
