Rejected petition Subsidise motorbike insurance in London for commuters.

Motorbike theft is rising markedly in London and elsewhere in the UK, the capital seeing a 44% increase when comparing 2012 to 2014 data.
For example I can no longer get insurance on my motorbike as I live within the M25 and my bike is classed as a desirable bike to steal. It costs over 6k.
