Rejected petition Increase National Insurance contributions by 1p in the pound to fund the NHS

Increased demand and underfunding has significantly affected NHS care. This winter has seen A&Es struggle with patients waiting hours for treatment. We to contribute more to maintain a sustainable NHS. This petition calls for a ringfenced NI fund rise to provide the money that the NHS needs.
