Rejected petition Go back to weekly bin collection instead of fortnightly

Bins were collected in the past on weekly basis but suddenly it is changed into fortnightly. Street and house fronts are now less tidy than before. Rubbish is piling up in front door of many houses. We belive we pay enough council tax to keep our streets clean and bins get collected weekly.
