We the undersigned back BAE Systems workers in their fight to save modern manufacturing jobs in the strategically vital defence industry. In tune with the Government’s stated objective of ‘rebalancing the economy’, we call on the Government to support our defence industry, modern manufacturing and economic regeneration in those communities and regions where BAE jobs are under threat, so that skilled jobs and apprenticeships exist locally
