Petition People with permanent disabilities can apply for disability benefits immediately

Disabled benefits like PIP (formerly DLA), the Personal Independence Payment, make people wait 3 months before they can apply. Many other forms of help such as blue badges also require PIP as a form of proof of disability. Disabilities such as the loss of a limb should be allowed PIP immediately.
