More deaths are expected if the government increases speed limits to 80mph on Britain's motorways. This can be cut by compulsory speed awareness courses; in the driving test, for anyone who's got points on their licence and driver re-training after 10 years, for example. But let's not accept the power of speed with the responsibility of education
