Petition Litter Tax and 100% of that Tax goes to Picking up that Litter
The tax would support volunteers who litter pick ie transport to litter picking events , refreshments and a Register so volunteers could have a record of their contribution to society which could be used in CV's for example.

Tax worked out as a percentage of litter, so if crisps made up 8% of litter they would pay 8% of that tax, then they would pass additional costs onto their customers. Basically those who drop it will pay for it to be cleaned up the company would then look for ways to encourage their customers to dispose of empty packets properly.
People could put areas forward that need a clean with photos then a simple voting system photos of winning area after and during clean to show the system is working.
