Petition To put extra funding into the NHS .

We all know about the plight of the NHS , stop using it as a political football , too many Governments past and present have failed the NHS .
At least bring us into line with other European countries as far as funding goes.
Suspend foreign aid or increase Income Tax and N.I. Contributions.
