Rejected petition Estate Agents' should be entitled to a capped fee at minimum

Estate agents' across the UK work very hard and unsocial hours to house tenants from all ethnics & financial backgrounds whether it be from low income families to the working class. Referencing will never be as straight forward as it may seem - what if one fails? Administration also comes at a cost.
