Rejected petition Make all non British/Irish born have health insurance enforced on entry to UK.

To assist in making health available to Britains for which they and their proceeding generations have helped build. It is difficult and costly for health professionals to enforce. Far better that those needing health care are either entitled or will have insurance. It encourages responsibility.
