The EU Commission states that Britain should allow EU nationals to claim benefits from day 1 upon entering Britain as otherwise it breaches their human rights. This will cost Britain approximately £2.5bn per year.

The Government should say a firm "no" to this and state that where Europe is concerned "enough is enough", taking back vital powers passed to them by the Labour Government under Tony Blair and Gordon Brown.
