Rejected petition putting CCTV camera's in Care Homes because the Elderly are getting hurt

I saw on the news that, people working to take care of the Elderly they don't look after them correctly. This made me feel sad, because some workers just want to hurt the Elderly and i just want this sorted ASAP.
