Closed Open M6 Toll to free use

As it is well known that the M6 and the A5 have regular high intensity traffic, often stationary, whilst the M6 Toll is predominantly empty at almost all times, this road should be compulsorily purchased and opened forthwith to the public. If getting from A to B fast can justify High Speed Trains for commercial, practical and environmental reasons, this is a simple solution to congestion round the major routes in the West Midlands and Staffordshire
