Rejected petition The Government should be more strong on Overseas NHS patiant fees!

Over £200 million is spent on non EU patients. Of that not even a quarter is repaid. The Government should be doing more and make sure that money is repaid. The country on the whole is in debt lets maybe get some money back and not continue to go in debt.
