The people of the UK voted on 23rd June 2017 to leave the EU. The bill to withdraw is currently passing through Parliament. Once passed, it would be fitting for the Prime Minister to notify, under Article 50(2) of the Treaty on EU, the UK’s intention to withdraw from the EU on 25th March 2017.
