Petition NHS to revert back to using bank nurses and stop using agency nurses.

I am informed by my local MP Rt Hon David Evennett MP that the NHS saved £600 million in the first year of reducing using agency staff. Obviously to stop this use would be a worthwhile saving particular as the NHS needs the money urgently now.
