Closed Access to healthcare for people with Autism

There is a need to ensure all people of the autism spectrum have equal access to healthcare. Many health environments and systems do not to take into account some of the problems encountered. These include sensory difficulties and waiting times. More stringent legislation and understanding by health authorities to address this issue would ensure better healthcare for people on the spectrum. This petion calls for debate and ultimately legislation to ensure this.
