Petition Make Videos on social media of minors being bullied a criminal offence

I am outraged at the amount of youngsters under the age of 16 commiting suicide due to bullying. Social media is not helping with the growing amount of videos posted of young people being hit/kicked/spat on/humiliated, while being recorded then posted on the Internet for all to see.
