further contact with a child and cases of harm to the child, for the responsibility and decision making to be transferred over to the remaining parent. My sons father is unable to see his son due to the CAFCASS report and he also informed court he wants no further contact. I have changed my sons surname by Deedpoll but passport etc needs authorisation and permission from the father, even in these circumstances when all evidence shown. These rights should be abolished.
