Petition Change of Child Benefit eligibility...

The situation where people have numerous children to fund their lifestyle at the expence of the taxpayer must be addressed.
I propose that the existing system should continue for those children already born.
Any child born after, say September next year should attract the following benefit;
First child; benifit at a rate equivalent to that presently paid for two children.
Second and subsequent cildren, no benefit paid.

Also, to address another situation, single mothers must declare who the father of her child is before any benefits are paid.

These changes will make people think a bit more before bringing hoards of children into the world that they cannot afford to look after without State help.
