Increase Social Care Funding by reducing the UK's foreign aid budget from 0.7% GDP £12 Billion Pounds to 0.1% GDP £1.714 Billion Pounds. The remaining 0.6% of GDP £10.285 Billion Pounds could then be used to increase funding for Social Care and improve the quality of life of British Citizens.
