Petition For the production, sale & use of whole plant medical cannabis to be legal.

Exempts patients & defined caregivers who possess or cultivate marijuana for medical treatment recommended by a physician from criminal laws which otherwise prohibit possession or cultivation of marijuana.
Furthermore, legalise the sale of medical marijauna in dispensaries for these patients only.

Medical marijuana has been seen to improve the lives of some of the patients (in some cases reverse) with the following conditions: Alzheimer's disease, arthritis, ADHD, ASD, autoimmune diseases, cachexia, cancer, CFS, GI disorders , fibromyalgia, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, insomnia, MS, neuropathy, Parkinson's disease, PTSD, seizure disorders and many others.
Notably the whole plant as it's compounds work in synergy.
Additionally, in all these cases the benefits far outweigh the supposed dangers.
