Following serious injuries sustained on my mum by a cyclist doing twice the legal car speed limit in Greenwich park I would like cycle speed limits reviewed, cycle paths reviewed and tracking imposed and the cyclist public liability insurance made mandatory

When treating my mums multiple injuries and assisting her recovery the emergency services advised that a cycle path was removed downhill in Greenwich park which could have prevented this and when trying to slow cyclists down the police get significant abuse from cyclists I therefore think there is a need for a full review of laws relating to cyclists, their speed and actions to prevent such accidents occurring to pedestrians
