Petition Make cyclists pay insurance

As we are all aware cyclists are on our roads , and as with other vehicles they are sometimes involved in road traffic accidents.
some of these R T A s are not always the car or other vehicle drivers fault ,and some cyclists do cause damage to cars and property and sometimes people .
I think that cyclists should pay for insurance say £20. pa, after all they have cycle lanes and so on .
so if you think this is right then please sign my petition thank you .
