Energy Performance Certificates are intended to give a house buyer an idea how much the house will cost to heat, and its usage of non-renewable resources, which are both valuable information.

What is NOT reasonable is to discourage buyers on the basis of a 'Global Warming' or 'CO2 pollution' rating, when recent disclosures indicate gross dishonesty and falsification of data by the proponents of AGW theory.

Let's have these certificates give trustworthy and proven info only. Minus the snake oil.
