Petition Delay Article 50 until the policy of the US towards Russia and NATO is clearer

A strong European Union is essential if stronger ties between the US and Russia are formed and US support for NATO is reduced. Triggering Article 50 before US policy becomes clear could be highly detrimental to the stability of all European countries including the UK.
