Our young people are being exploited and expected to work totally unpaid, pay their own fares to and from work.

The minimum wage should be paid to all interns no matter what industry and the law should be put on the statute books so interns can take employers to a criminal court for non-payment for work and for the crime of exploitation.

A law should be introduced to this effect now.
