Petition Unfair Recruitment Practices
More details
An introduction to new laws which looks at unfair recruitment practices making looking for work harder. These, for example, could look at:
*Recruitment agencies using unethical tactics, for example, posting jobs to job boards which never seem to be there, have just been filled or are never mentioned again
*Posting on job boards of the same jobs over and over
*Non response to candidates and their applications
*Relevant, constructive feedback not given to each candidate who attends an interview
*Recruiting friends/family without following the same recruitment processes as other candidates
*Commission only roles which could see "self-employed" workers working 60 hour weeks with no pay as they have not made sales
*Equal pay for all employees working the same role within the same company.
The list is endless...
