Rejected petition Make Asthma prescriptions free as it is not a choice but a necessity

Many of my friends and family need asthma pumps for their breathing, but have to pay per pump. They didn't ask to struggle to breathe and many other diseases get free medicine. Why should they pay for a life saving medicine?
