Petition Zero Vat for Childcarers

Childcarers currently have to pay VAT and are unable to claim it back as we are exempt. If we were zero rated this would enable us to utilise that money and reinvest into training for a better workforce and resources that would increase the learning potential for young children prior to starting school. It would also provide extra employment and sustainability for small nurseries.
