Petition Make it illegal not to allow LGV drivers access to welfare facilities at RDC's

There are thousands of HGV/LGV drivers who on a daily basis are denied access to toilet and washing facilities at some major distribution centres in the U.K. despite the fact that they could be stuck there for a number of hours. I believe that this contravenes our human rights and should be illegal
