Petition Let 15 year olds apply for their provisional without having to wait 9 months.

Some teenagers are in stress of having to wait 9 months for a provisional, and I believe that if we lower the age of applying for a provisional, it would really help. Also, if teenagers start driving with experienced drivers at a younger age it would help them drive better in the future.

Also, in emergency cases, if the experienced person is injured or is in need of help the teenager could help by driving to the local hospital or home etc.
