Rejected petition VC to captain Wayne owers

Captain Wayne Owers, Army Bomb Disposal, E,O,D Kineton. This man has on Hundreds of occassions, been out and diffused Bombs, IED, Multiple roadside bombs, come under fire numerous ammounts of time, saved many 100-1000s of military and civilian lives through his heroic work, his proffesional, and amazing sense of duty to queen and country.
If you were to tell this man he is a hero, he would brush it off and inform you he works as part of a well oiled team. Captain Wayne Owers, is a Hero in every sense of the word, to the point the Taliban know who he is and need him out of operations. But have failed to do it over these years. But knowing all this, Captain Wayne Owers of 321 EOD still goes out and does his duty.
This man should be awarded the highest possible recognition possible. The risk to his own life is immense, the lives he has saved both Military and Civilian are impossible to count.
