Petition Increase national insurance contributions by £5 a person a month to save the NHS

The NHS is in crisis. I'm sure most if not everyone would be happy to pay an extra £5 a month in national insurance contributions to help save our special health care system.
We cannot lose the NHS, or is that what the conservative government want...
