Petition Lower the age to 20 for women to have smear tests.

After today, reading of another young mum dying of cervical cancer because she was to young to have a smear test I decided to start this petition so we can fight for a change in the age that smears are routinely offered. I believe at the very least the age should be lowered to 20.
