Petition Make it maditory for people over 60 to take a driving test every 5 years

Although evidence does suggest that most accidents are caused by 17-24 year old drivers, it is well known that the human body isnt as quick to respond as it was when you are younger. I propose it is about time we had a manditory test for those over the age of 60 every 5 years to reduce deaths.

In 2011, there were 10,974 accidents involving elderly drivers over the age of 70.
