Petition social housing
More details
to scrap the housing act 2006 and 1985
to prevent the allocation of social housing to either "current or ex" drug addicts, alcoholics, or the insane,
Their is currently an acute housing shortage in the UK of housing and the low to median paid populations cannot afford access to decent secure tenancy. the proposal is to rework the housing acts to prevent local govt from allocating tenancies to the above groups in order to free up housing for the low waged not necessarily on benefits. the current system discriminates against ordinary decent citizens who are trying to make a living but are financially screwed
