Government needs to demand the financial sector to pay more into an elaborate jobs and apprenticeships fund as well as donate more to improving the education system. The public bailed out the banks. Now it's time for the banks to bail out the people so the economy can create new jobs, better educated and better skilled people. That will get the economy moving again.
