Rejected petition Stop the ban on menthol cigarettes

I am 47 and have been smoking menthol cigarettes for over 30 years. I feel as we voted to leave the EU we should no longer have to follow there rules ! I will be 50 in 2020 it's my only pleasure. I was 14 when I was introduced to smoking at a government aided boarding school!
