Rejected petition Remove VAT from fruit and veg and create a unhealthy food tax

We shold remove V.A.T from fruit and vegetables in the UK. This is an unfair tax and encourages people to eat cheaper unhealthy food. To ensure the government doesn't loose the revenue stream, and to steer people away from eating poor quality food the 20% cost should be added to unhealthy foods, e.g. high sugar / high fat.
