It should be the responsibility of the company to ensure all safety measures available are utilised to protect staff at all times. Staff safety needs to be taken seriously and should take priority over the cost of installing preventative measures

Many staff will feel the benefit of feeling safe in their working environment. It is not physically or mentally healthy to work in unsafe conditions. We need protecting and we need our employers to take responsibility and to take immediate action.
