Petition Allow 16 year olds to start driving lessons.

Lower the legal age to start driving lessons to 16. This will allow teens to start driving and prepare people to start driving once they are 17. A friend of mine started driving lessons at 17 and only got his license at 23 years of age. The struggle is real.
